How do i add a release date? A to be released?

go to the book, click on 'edit details'. it's in grey text just above and to the right of the green 'get a copy' buttons. then enter the expected release date.

under published? Just put it in? Or am missing a box that says expected release date?

yes, under published. if you enter a date that is in the future, it will automatically put 'expected publication' in front of the pub date instead of 'published'.
