Multiple Publishings with different page numbers, same ISBN

This book seems to have multiple publishings under the same ISBN (1-888047-05-4), many of which have differing page numbers. The copy I'm reading has 222 pages (not including the "Recommended Reading" page). It also has a different cover from the rest of the editions listed.

There is only one edition with that ISBN, the one linked above. All the rest have unique ISBN/ASINs. It's possible that ISBN was used with a different cover, so we could add an alternate cover edition, but I don't think that site is an acceptable source for the cover. A scan/photo of the book you're reading would be fine if you wanted to upload it to your profile page ("other photos"). Please double check the ISBN again too, thanks.
