David Nihill | 7 comments Hi there, I would love some wisdom on how to link my new published book to be originally self published book on my page. The self published version was added here by me. The published version by the publisher. The books have the same title and the new one is essentially a new edition with a new cover.

New Book: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...
Title: Do You Talk Funny?: 7 Comedy Habits to Become a Better (and Funnier) Public Speaker
ISBN 1942952279
ISBN13: 9781942952275

Old Book: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...
Title: Do You Talk Funny?: 7 Comedy Habits to Become a Better (and Funnier) Public Speaker
ISBN 1505819296
ISBN13: 9781505819298

Thanks

Abcdarian | 26579 comments Looks like you added an extra space between first and last author names. When I spaced the name correctly, it moved to your profile and I combined. Goodreads is very picky about that kind of thing because that's how we differentiate authors with the same name.

David Nihill | 7 comments Thanks folks. That partially worked. Seems to be missing missing from my author page: https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...

All wisdom most welcome!

Abcdarian | 26579 comments It's there, but combined with the other edition. Click on one, see the rest.

David, if you want to make the new cover the default (the one that shows up in searches, etc.), go to its edit page and scroll down. Halfway down on the right-hand side of the page you'll see the option to make this the default.
