Hey, I was wondering if anyone could help me find a book that's really been bothering me.
I read it in the 90's, I think it had a purple cover.
It was about an antagonistic relationship between two grade school girls, one of whom was rich and very girly. She may have been named Felicity. She wore dresses with ruffles and even had frills on her gym socks. I remember that two of the fights they had were over seating arrangements in the classroom and a track and field race. I can't remember anything about the girl whose perspective the story was being told from.
