I'm going to start this today.
I will be starting this today. Mondays get a little crazy since I'm off work.
Sounds good. No worries.
I'm 7 percent in now. I can't say I'm very interested so far, it's rather dull.
I'm about 24% in and I'm really enjoying it.
I'm at about 22%. I really like it so far.
So I'm now 79% in. It's still good but seems a little bit slow moving to me.
I'm 59% in and I'm waiting for something big to be revealed. I feel like someone is messing with Verity but I don't know who. I plan to finish this book after my exam.
Just finished the book. Overall it was good a little slow at times. I enjoyed it though. I have to say I'm glad that it didn't have a lot of predictability in it. I didn't feel like I was reading a book I had read before just with a few new twists to it, which can be really hard to do these days. Not a 5 star blow my mind book but a solid read that entertained me.
I finished as well. I really enjoyed it. It was a little slow at times and I did wish there was more magic being used but I really did like this book.
Yeah I agree. It is the first in the series though so I would be interested in reading the other books when they come out and seeing where she takes it. It has a lot of potential for the other books to really wow.
I will definitely be reading the next one(s). I'm invested to see how this revolution plays out. Also to see if Verity ends up with Henry. :)
I know I really like verity with Henry rather than Alec. I loved how it's set in the past yet it has a very modern feel to it. I'm really glad I read it
I'm glad I read it too. I do like the alternative history.
Looks like I'm the only one that isn't a fan. I didn't read at all yesterday, I'm starting to read again now, about halfway done. It's a bit too slow (and too fast, at some certain points) foe my taste.
The pace is a little inconsistent.
I am finished with it as well. I guess it just wasn't my cup of tea.
