<.b>Pack of Origin:<.b> ((include this only for lone wolves or wolves who have formed offshoot packs. Please check availabilities before you create either of these classes))

<.b>Age:<./b> ((for younger than a year, please use months; for younger than 2 years, please give years and months; for older than 2 years, just use years.))

<.b>Rank:<./b> ((Alpha, Adult, Yearling, Pup))

<.b>Appearance:<./b> ((may use a picture, but also must use at least 3 sentences, including at least size, pelt color, and eye color))
