Need help finding a book in read but can't remember the name of it

Hi all. I need help people. I'm at a stage where I've read so many books lately that when part of a book pops into my head I can't place it with the book lol I have a bit of a book in my head for the last few days and trying to work out what book it is and I can't, it's driving me effin crazy. So I'm hoping if I tell you what's I'm my head someone will be able to tell me what book it is. Ok so here goes. They is meant to be a drop out in the back of a club the main man owns. I believe there is an uncle or family involve, the police are there and so is the leading man and woman. It ends up with a gun battle. One of the bad guys gets out but I believe the main man runs after him and shoots him in the street. PLEASE HELP ME!!! Thank you :-)

I actually think I have read this one but for the life of me I can't think what book it's from. I have the same problem as you. I've read so many this year that sometimes I can't remember exactly what happens in them unless it completely blows me away :/ I will get my thinking cap on though :)

this sounds so familiar! Does the h also own a club and have a son?
