Rating and Review stats not showing up on my book

My new book has several ratings and reviews but no stars or stats are showing up. I contacted Goodreads Support and they claim this is a known bug they are working on???

Anyone else having this problem on a new or past one of your books? Makes me doubt the whole process now.

How strange that I just Googled this exact topic! My books' statuses are also outdated. Hoping the "refresh book rating stats" works!

Well, I tried refreshing both of my books. It's been over 10 minutes and neither of the stats are correct. Maybe it's just a glitch...

Yes, it's a bug in the system. There's a discussion here, and Megan posted earlier today that they're close to a fix:
