Can somebody help me find a certain fairytale picture book?

Okay, so I am seeking a book I had as a child, a picture book based on Snow White.

I remember the pictures were very beautiful, with a lot of detail and snow white had REALLY curly black hair but it was LONG, not short like the Disney one. The evil queen had like lighter, blonde/light gingerish hair, maybe? The cover had Snow White sitting up in bed surrounded by the seven dwarfs and the border of the cover around the picture was brown.

Does anyone know what book this is? I don't know the artist's name so it's very hard for me to find. My own copy was lost years ago.

I'm also trying to find a book of Grimms fairytales I saw at my school when I was about 12 or thirteen. In this fairytale book there was a picture of snow white with two long braids of dark brown hair, peeking into the dwarfs' cottage. I also remember being surprised by this book because it basically stated that Gretel from Hansel and Gretel was adopted, something I've never seen in any other book of fairytales.

Can anyone help me find THIS book as well?
