You liked Fifty Shades!? I think you're the first I have ever heard of liking that one.

Yeah, I am in the minority sometimes to. I loved and but you didn't Sarah. Normally however I don't like books that everyone else liked. :)

astraphobia is the fear of thunder and lightning.

I loved the first fifty shades book, I was the only one out of the group of us reading it. books 2 and 3 were only okay. I know other people who liked it though.

I really didn't get on with fire and bitterblue. I can be a bit iffy with fantasy though.

Oh okay. Why cannot she just say that her little brother is scared of storms? Not "he runs into my rooms, desperate from his acute astraphobia" or whatever.

I have only read a bit of it. Not my normal sort of book so I cannot judge. Doesn't seem too popular though but I'm glad that you were able to enjoy it.

I think I was the only one that did enjoy those. Hmm yeah well I'm iffy over adult romance so we're even. :)

I think adult fiction is something you grow into. I'm still not 100% there, some of it I can't stand, I much prefer YA.

Hmm yeah and seeing that I am only 14, I would much rather stick to my age books at the moment though some adult fiction (Jodi Picoult, namely) is good. :)

Ok, I've finished the two books I was over half way through on my kindle and got past 25% on game of thrones book 3 (whatever it's called). I'm starting this 1 now but need to keep my kindle plugged in as she's on 11% battery. Hopefully will get a decent way through this tonight :)

its like 150 ish pages. I have to take GoT chapter by chapter- i never read more than 3 chapters a day but thats quite a lot because the chapters are huge!

Not a lot has happened which is annoying since the first chapter is supposed to draw you in. The narrative is quite confusing- not sure I fully understand it yet.
