What Time Zone Are You In?
I'm from London (well, just outside London) and the time zone is GMT/UTC + 0. I'll be honest though, I don't really understand time zones. I'm not sure how far off I am to the rest of you.
I live in Oslo, Norway, UTC +1.
Colorado, USA. MST=Mountain standard time zone.I think it's UTC/GMT -7 currently, as we observe "daylight savings time."

Yeah I do believe you are GMT -7 because I'm GMT -6 over here in Kansas :)
I'm in Ohio - Eastern Standard Time (UTC-5:00)But I work nights and sleep days, so my schedule is sort of backwards.

My husband works nights too, so I know how backwards that gets, lol

Thanks also to those in the Americas who use international standards, makes it easier to see where you are :)

I'm in Anchorage, Alaska - AKST timezone, which means I'm 4 hours behind the east coast. It also means I'm typically around when not many other people are :/
