Never heard of this series before but so far I really like it. I already dislike Missy and Constance may get on my last nerve. The teacher Mr. Barber is an absolute jerk right now and I hope if he continues to act this way that Reed tells him off. I'm hoping she ends up telling off several people and I am just barely into this book...LOL (hide spoiler)]

Yeah XD The whole series is just a rage. I finished book 9 yesterday, planning on finishing the rest of this series this month. And then need to read the novellas and the other series.

I had no idea there were 14 books in this series plus 2 novella's. Wow. The last series I read with this many books was The House of Night series.

Chapters 12-24

I think I am intrigued enough about this book to keep going and the writing style is easy and flows great. While I like Reed, the MC, she needs to get a backbone and stop doing the things the Billings Girls tell her to do. I get so frustrated with books like this and I realize that most girls just want to fit in and will go to great lengths to fit in especially with the cool crowd. I know the first book is short and I have about 100 pages left and I feel like I need to know where and what this book is about. What the Billings Girls are all about. (hide spoiler)]

Chapters 25-44

This book is really odd.I don't know if I should trust anyone of the people Reed is trying so hard to be with.Thomas is the star jock and the golden by senior Reed has the hots for. He seemed trust worthy but the last chapter just proved he is a jerk. The chapter before the Billings Girls wanted her to do another job that could get her expelled from Easton Academy and she tells them no and they turn their back on her. Now that Thomas had humiliated her they are like her protectors. I just don't trust them and keep waiting for them to do something really really awful to Reed. So far they haven't but it's a feeling I am getting (hide spoiler)]

My library Over Drive had both the audio and book so for the first time I decided to listen to the book and read along at the same time. There are 49 (some really short) chapters in this book.

So the end of this book ended on a strange cliff hanger and of course I have to find out what is going on with the Billings Girls. I'm just not sure if I were Reed I would let a bunch of girls take over my life like she is. Also do you have any idea where Thomas is?

Yeah they all end with crazy cliffhangers like that. All of them. The actually content of the books always annoys me, but it's just those endings XD

Chapter 4 - (view spoiler)[I haven’t decided yet how I like the book. Reed seems like a nice-enough mc and I’m curious to see how she will adapt in her new surroundings and school. The girls in her dorm seem all like smug bi***** and I think they will be a lot to handle for Reed. I love Gossip Girl and I really hope it will be a little like that. (hide spoiler)]

Chapter 10 - (view spoiler)[The school made rules? And they are really expecting you to follow them? No way, what a surprise!!! – It was said that Reed is a clever girl, so far I haven’t seen a lot of that. Sadly Miss Ling is the one I’m currently feeling connected to, I feel old. Reed is reminding me a lot of Jenny Humphrey from Gossip Girl. (hide spoiler)]

Chapter 20: (view spoiler)[That kiss… came out of nowhere for me :D I know he was flirting with her but that… Now I’m sure he only wants to win her and let her fall afterwards. This isn’t a book for a great love story, at least I hope it isn’t. A thought crossed my mind, did the Billings girls make him kiss Reed? (hide spoiler)]

Chapter 30: (view spoiler)[I have a baaaad feeling about this. Noelle’s giving Reed a phone? As a gift? This has to end bad. I tend to see the worst in these people. Even if I like Thomas, I do, one of the best characters, I still think he’s going to do something really bad to Reed. Or maybe Reed will do something bad to him, because Noelle tells her to. His excuse for the second phone was really lame. As if this is for his parents. Two phones always means drugs, don’t tell me this is any different. (hide spoiler)]

Chapter 43: (view spoiler)[This turned out bad but differently than I thought. Maybe that fight was needed so Reed can now join the Billings girls again. That Thomas was dealing drugs wasn’t a huge surprise. At least not to me, Reed on the other hand… well I always suspected her to be naive and dumb, actually everything is still reminding me of Jenny Humphrey. (hide spoiler)]

The End: (view spoiler)[This book was fascinating. Even though I don’t like the MC I still can’t put the book down and want to continue on and on and on. And I will continue, right now. I want to know what happens now that Reed’s a Billings Girl, why Arianna was acting strange during the ceremony and what happened to Thomas. All those unanswered questions. (hide spoiler)]

Yeah, I'm not a huge fan of Reed myself but the Story around everything, it's just fascinating :D I'm trying to finish book 2 today. I'll have phone Service at work for this and the next week, and all I do is wait for the phone to ring and read while doing so. We are switching in our Team so everyone has to do phone Service at least once in three month. Private is my work-series. Haha.

Haven't decided on that, yet. But I guess, yes.

Normally I don't like phone Service that much but it's really quite this week and it helps a lot to know I can read and that I won't be doing it for a very long time.
