and i agree - there is a story there for sure.
If I wanted to watch a movie that doesn't appeal to me just so that I can understand the story of a gangsta rap song I think endorses lawlessness even though the cops in the song break the laws they swear to uphold, I would. As it is, I can't afford movie tickets very often.
Gotcha. Well, N.W.A. did (for the most part) invent gangsta rap. And put Compton, CA on the map for something other than crack sales.
