Review/rating count issue

Both my book above & another got more ratings/reviews last week that are not being included in the count. This happens whenever I get new ratings etc, but usually it sorts itself after a couple days. This time it's not. I even refreshed both books affected & still nothing.
Can you please correct? Thank you!
