Book Data Help

The statistics are not correct and I have tried refreshing the stats several times and it will not let me. There are a lot more reviews than the ten listed in the general book stats, and I don't know how to make them show up when you look at the rating screen. This has been going on for days and I would greatly appreciate it if someone would help me out. Thanks!

This may be a site-wide issue, or at least affecting more than just your book. I came here because I'm having the same problem right now on my books. Air Awakens had 860-something ratings and then last Thursday or Friday it reset to 809 where it's sat for the past four or so days. I went into my author stats and added them all up and according to that I should have 969 ratings.

Is this happening to anyone else? Let me know if it gets sorted!
