Page 177 (view spoiler)[Chantal is such a disturbed person. I knew this from the beginning, with her taking apart the cat and changing it, but seeing how she doesn't care about anyone but herself is unbelievable.

Even having their emotions dulled, or completely eliminated for a time, it was horrifying seeing the people in Osterberg just stand there while the creatures ate their friends and colleagues yet they were screaming.

I like how Quilley tried his best to save people and was glad that he at least was able to get two of them to leave with him. (hide spoiler)]

Finished (view spoiler)[ So sweet how Das found a woman similar to him...and that he finds all other women ugly. Though I do wonder what any children they have will look like.

Headless Rose...that was scary! Also her getting married. Rose has had a very adventurous trip!
