A very brief chapter, perhaps to reinforce the seeming normality of Jekyll and his somewhat bewildering concern for Hyde. Again, the obvious conclusion to a first time reader would be that Hyde somehow has power over Jekyll, and yet nothing would prevent Jekyll from changing his will in secret. The mystery deepens!

Yes that is quite interesting though it seems as if Mr.Hyde as some power over Dr. Jekyll he does not appear to be concerned about it and does not appear to be in any distress as well as suggesting that he is the one who is still in control of the situation.
