SOLVED. Boy who saves universe/ fantasy/ fiction/ alternate universe [s]

This book is about a young male/teen who basically needs to save the world from destruction. I don't remember much other than that he (ending spoiler) must recreate the entire universe at the end of the series. It's not the Pendragon series as I've read this already also. I really need help?!?! I might be able to give more detail if you ask? (or if I remember)

Definitely young adult, and about 4-5 I believe
