Stay awake until I finally break down and Freddy kills me.
Try to figure out how to get that weird do-dad into the building without being stared at.
Urge other people STRONGLY to leave me alone unless they have coffee in hand for a peace offering.......and then to go away and leave me alone.
Volunteer to go grab a thing in the dark room where nobody goes most of the time
Wander aimlessly through the streets scaring small children with my no-sleep zombie shuffle and blank stare

Balls of yarn would replace video game systems
Cat treats would appear everytime they meow
Dogs would disappear under suspicious circumstances.

Juries of cats would decide punishments for humans who do not keep food dishes more than half full at all times

Licking oneself incessantly in the middle of the kitchen table during human meal times and in the middle of the human bed at midnight is now encouraged

Nap time would be mandatory for all, feline and human.

Required: all humans must give an offering of 1/3 of their food at all times, especially if it's in a can or comes in a crinkly bag.
Sundays would be devoted to rescue "toys" from under the couch
Tokens of appreciation to be offered at regular intervals.
Under the bed would be declared as the all-purpose hiding place against the troubles of the world.
Violent interactions will result from the slightest infraction.
Wiggly play toy would be required in any room
Xtremely cute Kittens in every human home
Yarn balls would be available at all places at times
