How soon does Amazon update Goodreads

With over 100 pages of questions, pretty sure I might have missed this. How soon does Amazon update Goodreads when a book is released? I ask because a book that I published on 10/27/15 isn't listed on GR yet. I know, same day release and expecting an instant update but I didn't want to manually add the book if it was going to be added automatically and create a mess for the librarians.

It is highly variable. If the book record is already complete on Goodreads (including its ISBN or ASIN in the right spot) when the import is attempted, a new record won't be created.

So it's fine to manually add your book or ask a librarian to do so.
