Am I the only one maintaining some kind of tiny hope about Ezra? AIDAN told Kady the last time Ezra wrote to her was before the Lincoln arrived, but after that, AIDAN was saying how Ezra came back a hero and how much it envied him, so he didn't die during the battle. Then, how? Nit like there are few options out there, but if he died, I need to know how. Although by now, even if the plot twist I'm hoping for does arrive, I don't know if that changes things all that much, at the end of the day.
I don't have much hope for Ezra, but it sure would be nice. AIDAN used the word dead so I don't think he made it. I do have a suspicion there is still someone else on the ship that AIDAN isn't telling Kady about. Something about the percentage of survivors affected still being displayed makes me wonder.
What is happening!?!? Everything is complete chaos and I'm NOT OKAY WITH IT!!!

That percentage messed with my head more than I'd care to admit!
I think Ezra is alive somehow... I can't imagine the authors going through with his unceromonical death. I mean, he is a main lead and we didn't even get any info at all on how he pressumably died. I don't believe it, I think it's just a fluke of Aidan. Or maybe he did think it is true, because Ezra somehow made it out unnoticed...
I think Ezra is alive as well. Also, on page 471 in the hardback book the last sentence of the surveillance camera thing was "It's ----ing weird, chum..." Who else says "chum" in this book? ;) That sounds a lot like Ezra. I really hope he is alive.

@Erin: I think the word chum was used by McNulty and maybe Dorian , too? I wrote about it on one of the threads of this group, that I thought chum was An Ezra expression, but other guys were saying it too. Nevertheless, it wouldn't be surprising if it was indeed Ezra who did the transcript of the video footage.
