All Fall Down Ally Carter Published is 2015 320 pages
Grace Blakely Is The Granddaughter To The US Ambassador To Adria. She Watched Her Mother Die And Claims She Saw The Guy That Killed Her, Though Her Mother's Death Was Ruled An Accident. Due To This, She Has To Deal With Everyone Basically Believing She's Crazy. The Result Of All This Really Just Causes Grace A Lot OF Anxiety, I Can Tell You That The Portrayal Of Grace Is So Accurate And Relatable.
She Is An Extremely Well Written Character. She Is By No Means Perfect. In Fact She Has Plenty OF Faults, Some Of Which She Recognizes And Some She Doesn't. The World Has A Sick Way Of Making Grace Seem More Unstable Than She Actually Is.
I Wasn't Quite Sure What Kind Of Path This Book Would Take, But Oh Is It A Wonderful Path. Grace Quickly Finds Herself In The Middle Of What Seems To BE A Huge Cover -Up Operation, With The Help of Noah, An Old Childhood acquaintance, Megan, And An Adorable Little Ninja Spitfire Named Rosie. A Childhood Friend Of Her Brother's, the Mysterious And Elusive Russian Ambassador's Son, Alexei, Likes To Pop Up At Random Times To Make You Swoon And Occasionally Do Something Helpful.
It's Pretty Clear, Grace and Alexei Have Some Serious Chemistry, But What I Absolutely Love Is That Grace Is So Focused On Finding The Person That Murdered Her Mother That She Doesn't Seem To Notice All The Sparks Flying Between Them. It's Nice To See A Love Interest Being Introduced But The Girl Just Like Being Like “Bro I Don't Got time For Kissing, There Is A Murderer To Find."
The Banter Between All The Characters Is Amazing And Witty And Fun And Everything You Want In A Merry Band Of Misfits Trying To Unravel An International Conspiracy. This Is What They Are.
But I Tell You What Clenched It For Me, The Last Twenty Or So Pages. The Ending Is A Plot twist Like You Wouldn't Believe, And I Screamed And Threw The Book And Took Deep Breaths.
In Conclusion To This Review, Ally Carter HAs Presented Us With Her Best Book To Date With Lovable, Real Characters That Are Relatable And A Plot That Keeps You Turning Pages Until You Realize You Started Before Bed And Now Suddenly The Sun Is Rising And You've Lost Ten Hours In Some Weird Embassy Row Time Vortex Of Wonder. Basically, You Need To Read This Book And When You Need Someone To Flail About Feels To, I Will Be There For You. Just Kidding....But For Real For Real Go And Read This Book.
This is so well written! I got enough to know what the book is about without giving away any spoilers, so that is great in itself. I also got a feel for each of the characters as well, and now I totally want to read this book.
This was a great Review Skila! I really have a visual preference of what the book is about and how well the author made you get into it. It seem like you really enjoyed this book and captured the good, and not the bad view of it. I would recommend people to read this book also since it is a mystery book that makes you want to keep reading. I don't see whether or not that you stated if she ever was right about her moms death though. Maybe I read over it but can you fill me in with that information?
brilliant!!!! I love the detail you put in this. I have no words really. It was composed perfectly. I'm about to find this book. I love drama filled books. So I will be on the look out for this one great work and fantastic details without giving away major spoiler. :)
