Thank you so much I think it's that one.
In the book the world have become overpopulated due to the invention of a pill that extends peoples life span.
I guess it's the goverment who decides to make a new law
that says that it is not allowed to get children anymore. Althoough some people still get's children. These children get's sent to a speciel home/camp/something as soon as they are born, where they are trained to become "slaves" for the rich people. We follow this girl who have been sent to this home and is quite rebelious, so she always get's in trouble. She is just about to give up when a new boy arrivew at this disiplinary home. The boy have lived on the outside for quite a while which means he knows what the outside world is like on the outside. Him and the girl becomes friends and decides to try and escape.
