I normally do not repeat, but Jane Austen for some reason, I can repeat every 10 years, more or less. Also, the movies are very soothing and relaxing to watch every so often.
The books I've re-read most often is Kiss of the Night by Sherrilyn Kenyon, Upon the Midnight Clear by Sherrilyn Kenyon (because I read that at Christmas every year), and I've read Robert Englund's Autobiography Hollywood Monster: A Walk Down Elm Street with the Man of Your Dreamsseveral times now and that's it.
I never reread. No matter how much I want to I never find the time. The only rereads I do are with the kids. I did the lion the witch and the wardrobe and Alice in Wonderland last year with the kids.
I haven't reread a book in a long time - there are waaaaay too many books that are waiting to be read for the first time to reread a book, not matter how beloved.
Generally speaking, I don't re-read anything. My TBR pile is huge as it is so I can't make time for repeats. However, for a good ten years or so I was reading The Outsiders every Christmas for nostalgia purposes.
I don't get much time for re-reading either, what with my insane book list that could easily stretch as far as the moon, but I do treat myself every now and then to a re-read of Jane Eyre, A Tale of Two Cities, or pretty much anything that L.M. Montgomery ever wrote. They're my happy places. :)
Also, every Christmas I HAVE to read A Christmas Carol. That's probably my most-read right there.

Usually i will reread some of John Grisham. I also try and reread Friday Night Lights during football season. Once I get my tbr pile under control, I want to reread all of my 5 stars.
Pride and Prejudice, Twilight Saga and Harry Potter. And also A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hosseini.
I never reread. I intend to often but there's always a new book I want to get to first. I'd really love to reread Game of Thrones series in the vain hope that the next book is somewhere close on the horizon.
The only fiction book I've ever reread is A Little Princess. I love the story and imagery; I can really escape into Sara's world.

I was devastated when the series ended and couldn't understand why there wasn't a huge petition to bring it back.
I usually don't repeat either. Exceptions are when I've put a book down for a long time and have forgotten details, I'll start over. The only books that I consciously re-read where the first 5 of the Clan of the Cave Bear series before the 6th book was finally finished.
Gone With the Wind is one book that I have re read many times as well as the Harry Potter series.. :)
forever by judy blume, i 1st read it as a teenager and i stil have my original copy some 15+years later, and i have re-read it lots.
I flip though the best parts of some paperback romances when I'm in the mood for something happy and light, e.g. The Bride
Faye wrote: "Aside from children's books, what would you say is the book (or books) that you have re-read most often?"I don't usually reread.
I usually don't usually intentionally reread, though my memory is not the best on marginal books, so frequently I find myself 2 chapters into a book thinking, "This sounds familiar. Have I read this book already?"
I tend not to reread, but when I do it's books that I read when I was very young. I found some surprises; while I discovered that I changed my mind on some favourites (i.e. I was puzzled on why I loved some books so much), other books I loved even more during a re-read. A very strange experience.
Ravished by Amanda Quick. I just love that book. I could read it through and start its over right away when I've finished it and get the same enjoyment out of it it more :-)
I've lost count of how many times i've reread this series at this point.. It would have to be Kelley Armstrong's "Women of the Otherworld" series.
I have read Jane Eyre and Gone with the Wind 6 or 7 times each, but these days I rarely repeat. Too many other things to read.
I used to re-read the Harry Potter series once in a while and I have read Lungbarrow by Marc Platt three times. Recently I haven't been re-reading any books. Instead there's lots of books on my TBR pile to read.
I hardly ever re-read books, so the only ones I can think of are :
A Prayer for Owen Meany
Oldest Living Confederate Widow Tells All .

I used to re-read frequently. I do so less now, as I find I am so hungry for new new new. But my old favourites are:The Lord of the Rings
Persuasion
Sense and Sensibility
And a special shout-out to:
How to Be Sick: A Buddhist-Inspired Guide for the Chronically Ill and Their Caregivers
which has helped me through the past 6 years of illness.
I have too big of a TBR pile to re-read much. But I do go back to Dickens every now and again. A Tale of Two Cities and A Christmas Carol seem to get re-read every few years. Note to self: Re-read A Christmas Carol over the holidays.
Auto-da-Fé and Komödie der Eitelkeit. Drama in drei Teilen (haven't found an English version, sorry), both by Elias Canetti.
