Add / remove books from author profile

This is my book; but I can't add it to my author profile. I guess the author name has a different spacing or something. And, when I tried to add it, I added a duplicate version on my profile that needs to be deleted (sorry but I can't find this option anywhere).

Finally there's another book that shouldn't be on my author profile called "dead little fish"... I'd like it removed.

looks like some one moved this, but there are 2 different covers, so nothing will be deleted.
