Adding a books cover

Dear Librarian, can you please help me add the cover of my book. "Mister Rainbow in the Case of the Morgue the Merrier" by C. S. Boag ISBN 9781921134692
It is 6 th in the Mister Rainbow series. I was able to add the book but not the cover.

I found an edition on GR with ISBN 9781921134685 and added cover for it from Amazon. Added the book to the series as #6 as well.

I'm not able to find the edition with ISBN 9781921134692
