How do I get a book that shows up under the first author to show up under books by the 2nd Author?

I am the secondary author on a book that will publish on 12/1/15. The book is available through Amazon.com, currently, as a pre-purchase book. The book also displays in Goodreads under the first author, JoAnne Lake. I would like to create an author page and distinguish myself from a more prolific author with the same name as myself, who writes on the topic of Astrology/Dreams -- Julia & Derek Parker.
The new book I'm co-author upon is "Beyond Embarrassment : Reclaiming your life with neurogenic bladder and bowel /"
