Both my Kindle and paperback version were displayed along with a pre-release (coverless) version. I tried combining but ended up with only the Kindle version displayed without the reviews for the paperback. HELP!

Combined Kindle and paperback.
Merged the duplicate paperback edition.

My book 'Days of Ragnarok: end of the gods' only shows one review but I can see two. I'm also getting email telling me they gave me a review on GR and B&N. The B&N is there but the GR isn't.

Am I looking in the wrong places or is something wrong?
