Stephen KingHey my dad loves you. My dad started reading your books when he was eleven years old. I am also a fan of your books. I do have a quick question though. Do you intend to write your books long or is it unintentional? I am a young writer and am curious how can you continue to write a book about a topic for about 600 pages? I usually get to the end of the first chapter for my book but then I run out of things to say.. Please help. Thanks!! :)

Hello :)
I know the question isn't directed to me. But being a writer myself, I can tell you I faced the same problem earlier. I couldn't figure out that perfect ending. Or I just didn't know what to say any more.
But inspiration always came from the strangest places.
My mentor taught me, that to be a good writer, you must observe and study. Look around you, study people, how they behave in different situations, study animals, study the leaves of a tree swaying in the wind. And also, try out new things. Some of the best writers, Dickens for example, wrote from his own experiences. So experience something new. Meet different kinds of people. Try things you're afraid of, or things which horrify you. And try and turn those experiences into stories. You can draw inspiration from them, or something you saw, or write about the person you were with.

Hope this helped a little. Good luck! :)
