Sorry I've been pretty quiet the last few days, but I've had a busy weekend.
I just managed to finish a book though, and I'll add it to books read.

First I did use your so you finally have some goal points, but then your book were best fit. Others that could fit had something that could work better for something else

I have a quick question. When you say character, are we talking MCs? If other characters are ok as well how minor or major do they need to be?

It all depends on the goal. So I'd say put as many as you remember, sometimes the goal will need MC names, other times it's just a character.

I have a question about re-reads. I know we're allowed them assuming its been 6 months, but do we need to adjust the read date to the latest time or do we do it a different way?

It depends how you want to track it. It's your shelf.
Since GR doesn't have reread option (I'm not saying yet since I already gave up!), you have two choices
1. tag new edition for reread - that means that you would actually have duplicates on your shelf
2. edit previous one


As for this challenge, it would be good to edit start read date, but if you make note to us that it's reread and you'd prefer having original date, we can work with that. You'd need to change finished date or spreadsheet won't pick it up.

If it's a name that covers an unusual letter (Q, V, X, Y or Z) I'll tend to mention them if they have a smaller role!

It's suddenly got much much colder here; suspect my plans for later today will involve a fire and a book.
