Team Thor
All the open goals are on the first page of our discussion thread. I keep it as updated as possible for easy reference since they can get lost in the shuffle.
I have names next to some of them, but if you finish a book that meets a goal we'll use yours instead and get a new goal sooner. And the other book will likely meet a goal in the future.
Hopefully that makes sense.

Then I used Shadow Blade (read by Shy) for (new) goal: "Read a book where the page numbers add to 11 (i.e. 345 pages = 3+4+5 = 12)"
Waiting for new goal...

- Read a book that is in the "Most Interesting Magic System" Listopia List [Dragana]
- Read a book with 91+ chapters [Judith]
- Read a book whose author died 2-5 years ago [Sonya]
- Read a book where a character dies of natural causes
- Read a book with 1-10 chapters

Okay, it seems to be pulling your read books now. Takedown Twenty was pulled into the spreadsheet. Your others haven't been because there isn't a 'date read' on those books.
Which I don't think is your fault since it shows you rated the books. My guess is if you used the Goodreads app, it's being stupid and didn't mark the date read like it should of.
I think you might need to go in and set the read date on the others.
Sorry this is turning into such a pain for you, hopefully from here on it won't be such a hassle :/

I think everything is on the spreadsheet now that should be, thank goodness.
Periodically it would be good for everyone to check the spreadsheet to make sure all of their books are showing up and to check out the information on the Goalless Book tab.
If there is something else you might think is useful for the to include on a particular book on the goalless tab, please let Imke, Dragana, or I know by posting in a thread or PM and we can add it to the spreadsheet.
I think we are doing well! Happy Reading everyone :)

On page one of the team discussion thread in the very first post, underneath the list of team members, there is a link to Thor Spreadsheet.
That is the master team spreadsheet where all the info gets entered. The overall tab is the summary, Goal tab is for completed and current goals, BOM is for tracking team activities for Books of the Month, Goalless books is for keeping track of books read and available when new goals are generated, and there are pages for each team member and their completed books.
Only captains, co-captains, and mentor/moderators have editing rights. So if something needs to be done/fixed/added let us know.
The status spreadsheet is team totals across all the teams playing TT and current rankings.
Hope that helps some with navigating the information.

I finished The Name of the Wind which we are using for the 91+ chapter goal.
New Goal:
Read a book with a white cover
None of the goalless books have a white cover but my next read is
which will work for this goal.

Sadly I don't think that counts. I've checked the covers of the other versions of Binge and they all look the same.
I've finished The Host, longest book I've read and I think I'm going to take a break from long books. I'm going to satisfy my brain with shorter books for a while ;)

I really loved the book. It took me a little while to get into it. Partly because I think it begins a bit slow as it introduces the people and a bit about the world and partly because work has been bananas and I didn't have the time to sit and read when I first started the book. So I was only reading small bits at a time.
But once I got to the part where he's telling his story I was totally sucked in and the pages flew.
For me at least, this book lived up to the hype. Which is a nice change. And when my husband and I were at a bookstore on Friday, we picked up book 2 :)

Correct! As long as it's been at least 6 months, re-read away :)

Can a book count for more than one world?

Let's go by TT rules and say that one book count for only one task (and by that one world).
I'll add that to rules. :)

You can keep track in read books thread.
I'll let your captains decide how they want to track it beside spreadsheet.

Mix and match. You can even do same task more than once :)

Ok ladies since we can use books from the start of TT I have 2 that we can get 10 additional points on:"
Just want to make sure it's clear...
This doesn't have any effect on tower team points. It's only little competition between Norse teams. :)
Shy The WidowMaker wrote: "Unless I am missing it is there a spot where this is located for us to sign up so I can make a post to keep all my books read in one spot so I know what tasks are left to complete?"
Later tonight I'll use one of my reserve posts on the Thor Books Read thread and mark off the ones we've completed. With some of the books we've already read, we have some of these met already.
I know we can do the tasks more than once, but I know people might want to target an incomplete task. I figure if I mark ones completed at least once all in one spot it will be easier for people to figure out what's left.

Everyone, when you post your info on the books read thread, if you know it meets one of the mini-challenge tasks, add that as well.
If it meets more than one, put them all down and Imke/Dragana/I can move things around to get the best coverage since each book can only be used once.
And Tea, Love this mini-challenge :)

Hi Sonya did you put the book on your TT shelf? It doesn't show up on the spreadsheet. Neither are other books you've finished.
Could you also post a comment in the books read thread and add a little more information on the book (like the setting of the story, if anything remarkable happens to one of the characters). We can then maybe use the book for future goals. Here is the link to the finished books thread Thor books read.
