2nd goal for 25 Days of TT is:
Read a book with cookies on the cover for 10 points.
Books for this goal have to be started 12/3/2015 or later.
I'm reading a book with a red cover right now, so the first goal will be taken care of.

We have every category filled for the Norse Teams Mini challenge. We can still get points for each book we complete up through 12/15, but we have the bonus points for completing everything.
Good job Team :)
Good job Team :)

Just letting you know that I'll be away for next 10 days. Karsyn (and other mods) will be here to help if you need it. I won't have internet connection so I won't be able to do anything until I get back.
Be good while I'm gone :)

I'm be around while Tea's gone, if anyone needs anything. I know the other mods will be checking in on y'all as well, but feel free to contact me anytime. I have a lot of free time on my hands, so if you need anything, I'm around to give a shout out to.
I'm captain of Anubis, so you can always catch me there as well.

Found the book I want to read that works for current goals. (Yay!) So, I'm going to read

New goal: Read a book where a person fulfills their dream

I hope you will have time then today to relax. :)

New goal: Read a historical fiction novel that is based on real events

I believe Les Miserables works for the new goal
It should, I'd say the French Revolution was a real event :)
I won't be near an actual computer until late this evening. I'm spending the day with my cousin and her 3 year old triplets. Should be an exhaustingly fun day :)

I've just finished Vanishing Girls. I'm not sure if it fits the facial feature goal. If not, I got another book at hand that I can read for that goal :)

I don't think Vanishing Girls will work for that goal. It needs to have the facial feature word in the title of the book. But if you have another on hand that will work, that's excellent!

I think my favorite read for TT is The Paper Swan. I read it specifically to meet a TT goal and the book completely surprised me.

I had bad luck picking contemporaries for TT and very good luck with fantasy.
I liked Warbreaker the most, although since it's chuky fantasy it might not be for anyone.
Honorable mentions are: Soulless (funny and cute, great for pnr and hr fans) & Sweep in Peace (fun and complex uf).

Actually, it won't. I did some poking around and remembered I have the Barbara Kingsolver book:
which has a bunch of pigs on the cover.

I think it should, I mean if it was their living room, I'd say no. But I put the question to the mods. We'll see what they say. Hopefully they are in a good mood :)

Nice!
Would Grisha Fabrikators be considered tradesmen? They make and build things. Craft them from raw materials and magic. They do a lot of that in the 3rd book in the series (Ruin & Rising) which is goalless right now.
Thoughts?

I haven't read it, so I don't know. There's a definition on the link, with an example. If they make/produce something, than it sounds like it will work.

I forgot about that part, I think I was too upset to think about this book because I hated how it ended. Lol.
