Surprised turn of events at the end though."
I'm with you.
I would like it if people didn't recommend these types of stories as "love stories" when I sign up for recommends. I will start unfriending repeat offenders

I'm kinda interested in Grunts situation but I can't put up with this."
The recommender said she picked it because I read all of Colleen Hoover.
*Scratched my head because I can't for the life of me see the connection! Writing styles aren't similar, CH is heavy on romance and her books are almost new adult-ish.
I see no similarities. I'm just...
I'm curious but I don't think I can take the super drawn out, twisty turny thing the author employs in her her attempt at building suspense

I mean my range of emotions never wavered.
I'm insulted for C.H. that's like comparing Rosé champagne to good ole Budweiser!!!
No it's not accurate.
Please tell me who recommended it

I'm not seeing the comparisons.
None of C.H girls are stupid like this.
I just don't see it.
I've been reading M/F for over a week. I think I might be going through withdrawals from M/M.
I have Charlie Cochet's newest book to read/review.

I dislike that one and it's the one the movie people picked up the rights. They've even cast a lead actor. I disliked the H & h.

Exactly. But knowing Hollywood who knows what the hell they will do with her book.
True Bloods wasn't a fair and accurate depiction of Sookie Stackhouse
Insurgent was barely 50% of the book
But I think they are going for a Nicholas Spark type of film instead of teenage Aged Slammed.
Slammed was my first CH and I love it and Losing Hope was my favorite CH books.
~Melissa~ and I will read

I didn't care for BOatK. Tere Michael is a GREAT choice

That is not for me. I'm never reading that again. Hated it.
Slammed was amazing. I'm still holding out on book three. I don't want it to end.
Losing Hope it's my favorite book as well. Holder is my favorite YA guy ever.

I didn't care ..."
I'm on the fence about either one now.
I think Zsadist is calling for a re-read.

I kinda feel bad for Anika tonight.
The song Hakeem and Jamal performs together is my favorite of the season.

I have been thinking about this book all night.
Is everyone finished?
Do you really believe that Grunt (view spoiler)

As for the Jan thing that was unexpected. I actually expected this book to be a lot more brutal.

I need a partner for this!!!"
What is the buddy read plead? I will answer for you since I strong armed you into this.
I will buy book 2.
To have orchestrated something like this, would have taken years of planning. (view spoiler)

Yeah to cut out one person tongue for talking then forget y'all pledge of no snitching but to give an interview.
Nope plus I'm not believing Grunt is that damn smart, then if so he's a damn sociopath. Point blank.

Is this an AAMP read or do I need to create a thread for Badger here?
