Adult romance- a witch owns a store, man comes in but is a skeptic and doesn't believe it or in magic in general. They eventually end up dating. He asks her to prove she's a witch and she respectfully doesn't. One day they have an arguement and he asks her again. She lets him have it and sends things spinning and flying around the room in her anger. He no longer can deny it and leaves thinking she put a spell on him to make him love her. Later she tracks him down because she loves him and shows him that their love is real.

I think it's a Nora Roberts book but not positive. It's older than 2 years old. It is not the cousins o'dwyer trilogy, nor the 3 sisters island trilogy.
