It is probably along the lines of contemporary romance.
A guy falls in love with a girl
The guys playboy and deadbeat dad lies to him and tells him the woman he loves may be his sister.
The guy is heartbroken and leaves town ultimately becomes the womanizing screw up that his father is
He returns while his father is on his death bed to find his love marrying someone he finds is dishonorable
I saw the setting of this piece in Louisiana, but of course that is at the new author's descression

The two lovers come home for a holiday to face their families pretending to be 'just friends' Even the brother is coming home.
Both the lovers have secrets they are keeping from each other.

It causes havoc in their small town keeping these secrets and nearly breaks up the couple and also causes problem with the guy and his best friend.

I was thinking a Rock Star version of Cinderella
A rock star is looking for the owner of a pair of panties left in his bed after a night of mind-blowing drunk sex.
I was thinking of calling it: The Walk of Shame (Because that is the Pink song I was listening to when I came up with the idea.) but again it is at the writer's discretion.

A geeky girl gets a perfect match to the most popular jock in the school (either football, basketball, is up to the writer)
This guy is not only HOT he is dating her cousin who is the most popular girl in the school. The guy also got the same results.
The girl ends up having to entertain the jock at the cousin's house while her cousin is with another guy to teach her boyfriend a lesson. Sparks fly

Desiree, you have some great ideas :D I would read just about every one of those books. I am thinking about adopting this plot, but I am still debating it. I will let you guys know if I chose to adopt it.

I'd love to adopt this.
Do you have an idea that has been floating around in the back of your mind that won't go away? Do you have an idea that you'd love to see turned into a novel/short story, but can't seem to write it yourself? Do you want to write that amazing idea but don't have the time/resources to write it yourself? Do you have an idea that you are no longer passionate about but that someone else may be able to turn into something magnificent?

Post your plot idea here, including a title (if applicable), main idea, theme, plot description, target audience (if applicable), and anything else you would like to include. Please make sure your idea is clear and legible.
