Claire's not a royal, but with the amount of money her family has anything can happen. There's a high security buzzer to get in–it may just be a bedroom and nothing more, but the last thing Claire wants is people barging into her room, and that sure did happen a lot last year when she was in a regular dorm.

Claire sat on her daybed reading a book, waiting for Cherri-that was her name, right? That was a weird name if that was actually her name, but it probably wasn't. The dresses were draped on her bed as well as scissors and a bowl that she would fill up with water to papier mache, with a little newspaper at the bottom because from the website she had used to look it up, you could really do papier mache with strips of almost anything as long as you had paper pulp in the mixture. How long was this girl going to take? Claire kept listening for the familiar buzz of someone trying to enter, but she didn't hear it.

Cherri opened the door to Claire's demi-suite and stepped in while shoving her phone in her pocket. "Hey," Cherri said, giving a small wave. She noticed Claire reading a book. Not something that Cherri usually did, but whatever.

[marthie !]

"Oh, come on, don't tell me that I left the door unlocked again," Claire groaned. "But I guess, now that you're here, hey. We can probably do it out in the hallway."

"Well, you did." Cherri said, shrugging. "Yeah, let's do it in the hallway." she grabbed one of the dresses.

Claire took the other dress and the bowl and scissors, going out the door and locking it behind her. You could never tell who would come barging in to random dorms. "Okay, should we do it here?" Claire asked after they had walked down the hall a little.
