YA book which is a somewhat silly take on Oz and has four (I think) different young girl heroines who have to defeat evil twin witch sisters.

There's this book that was my absolute favorite growing up and I'm desperate to find it! I remember a part about a car filled with jellybeans, and the cover has a lot of green, with possible illustrations of the girls and a witch or two. One of the girls is somehow related to Dorothy I believe, and there are four girls (I think?) who have to pass some sort of test. The twin witches are disgusting and live in buildings that spell the letters O and Z. They use green grapes to blend to make them look young and for a period of time the girls are stuck cleaning up after them.

This sounds so silly but it's a very distinctive book so if anybody has the title please let me know!
