SOLVED. YA dystopian novel about a girl that becomes a spy for the Rebel group her deceased parents once lead [s]

So the book starts out with a girl (Asian?) who lives with her grandparents and her older brother..who has been sneaking out and gets caught. The soldiers who come to their house to capture him have masks on. She gets away and runs to the rebels to ask them for help ( since her parents were leaders before they died). They agree to help her, but she has to become a spy in the house of the evil woman who killed her parents. Cut to training camp for the soliders who have masks that meld to their faces the longer they wear them. The lead male is the son of the evil woman mentioned earlier and he's trying to escape by leaving something below a cave or something. Then there's some sort of contest to be the next king since he doesn't have any heirs and the soldier boy has befriended the spy in his mom's house and mom uses that weakness against him in the "hunger games/ insurgent" competition for the throne. Please help.
