The links for the sites were found on http://forum.mobilism.org/

I found one of my books on that same site a couple weeks ago. Whoever added it did so less than a month after it was originally published, and it shows up on the second page of results when I Google my book title.
I think somebody else from this group also found their books there and tried to register and post a complaint, but they just deleted it; they're probably not a site you can complain to directly about ToS violations because they exist to pirate eBooks.

Adele (adeleclee) | 7 comments I used the google form to report all the sites.google that are offering free downloads and I've sent a message to all the other sites concerned. Perhaps it's just something I'll have to accept. I'll keep you posted on the outcome.

Pamela Beverly (writesistah) | 54 comments Great information, E.J. I had this happen to me earlier this year and wrote a post about it. Maybe if we keep hammering at them, we'll keep them on the run and make them stop. I hate criminals.

Scott Scheller | 10 comments For the last several months I've seen literally dozens of "free download" sites featuring my book being "available" in PDF and / or txt and / or Mobi formats. I brought this to the attention of Amazon (my book is in Kindle and Paperback format) and they said that almost all of these are phishing sites going for people's personal info and don't really have the titles to download. I noted that almost all of the "download now" buttons point you to the same site. Still, it pays to be vigilant.
