I read this book around 2011 or 2012; I think it was a brand new book at the time, definitely not a classic.
I believe it was a middle grade book, because it was'nt too hard.
The story is about a boy who is mentally challenged, but he works at his dad(?)'s company. He works with a very attractive coworker and everyone in the office, including his friend, thinks that she is pretty, and he even gestures a sexual hand motion. The boy does not know that she is pretty because he cannot recognize beauty. The boy also sees a picture of a girl with a cut up face from a car window that didn't shatter properly. The company is being sued because of this. I also believe that the boy goes out into Boston(?) and eats lunch with the pretty girl around many pigeons.
It is definitely realistic fiction.
I read it as a real book, paper and cover, not digital.
