Why didn't GR Support delete/merge it themselves? They know what they've given permission for. We librarians don't. Plus the changelog is rather confusing, with ebooks changed to Kindles and vice versa.

The new edition with the wrong cover was added by someone only today. I'm uncomfortable asking Goodreads Support again and again.
Thanks for explaining. I see 3 ebooks with the correct cover but without ISBNs. Should there be 3 different ebooks?ETA And does it matter with which ebook the wrongly added edition should be merged?

As long as merging editions won't change the correct cover, it doesn't really matter, though Kindle edition is the current published edition.

Someone has created an edition of my book with a wrong cover that doesn't exist (I got Goodreads Support's permission to delete that cover due to legal issues). Could you merge or delete that wrong edition? It is shelved by 1 person so far, but for some reason I can't separate it from the others.
