I love her books too! Have you read The House on the Strand? I think I read that one nearly 40 years ago and loved it. Recently, I bought Hungry Hill, which is one of the few that I haven't read.

Angela, no I've not read that. I've only read Rebecca; someone else on here is reading My Cousin Rachel, so I will have to check out The House on the Strand too. Did you read Jamaica Inn?

Again, it's one that I read a long time ago, but do remember liking it. Once I "discovered Daphne Du Maurier, I couldn't read enough of her books!

Dani, when I lived in Boston, we used to have a Waterstones, but it has since closed (and I've since moved). I loved that bookstore!

I have Vampire Academy, Fire and Rumors all in my house........it's going to be hard to stay focused!

Kasia, Graceling was really good......I think Kristin Cashore has something special with the Seven Kingdoms she has created.....I hope she keeps it going. I know she is really struggling with the third one, Bitterblue....she keeps putting off the release date.

Have read the first few pages of The Lemon Tree by Helen Forrester. Looks like a good historical read in a variety of settings - Liverpool, Chicago and Canada.
