Ajax sighed dramatically, but was only joking. She kissed him back all the same, but pulled away for his own benefit in case he couldn't actually stop, and she didn't want to go that far either yet, or so she thought. "It's getting close to my curfew." She whispered against his lips.

"We'll have to get over it." She giggled, then laughed as he moved her around in his lap and plopped her down in her seat. "I must weigh like ten pounds." She teased as she buckled up.

Ajax smiled and fixed her dress, smoothing her skirt down. She gazed out the window as he drove, briefly thinking of what would have happened if they didn't stop; if they just kept going either in here just now of previously on the hood of his car under the stars. Since Ajax never had a proper 'first time', and had her innocence stolen from her, she was very curious about the topic.

The next morning, Ajax was up at her normal time, which was 7:30. She always took a half hour to get ready, which included eating breakfast, drinking a cup of tea as she did her makeup, then changed into her outfit of the day which was dark wash skinny jeans, a black tank top with a grey cardigan over top, riding-styled boots and a dangling necklace with a metallic feather on the end. She kept her hair down and her makeup light. It was about 8:15 when she was all finished.

Ajax was in the middle of packing up Scott's presents when the doorbell rang. She grinned and grabbed it along with her backpack and skipped downstairs. She felt great, and not just because it was his birthday. Ajax placed her things on the small ottoman table in the foyer and opened the door quickly, jumping into his arms. "Happy birthday!" She exclaimed.

Ajax giggled and held onto him as he spun them around, laughing even after he set her down. She blushed when he complimented her and rolled her eyes when he mentioned his present. "Alright, you can open it now in the living room; we have time." She took his hand and led him inside, picking up his present back as he brought him to the living room.

"Hold on." She laughed, sitting beside him. She reached into the large bag and took out a small box. She handed it to him with a small, shy smile. Inside were four books wrapped in tissue paper of his favourite colour. The books were limited editions of the maze runner series, each one personally sighed by the author to Scott.

Ajax grinned, holding her hands tightly in her lap in anticipation. Once he started to talk like that after the reveal, Ajax giggled and nodded like a bobble-head, her smile never fading. "My father was in New York last weekend as he was doing a signing there, and I already had the limited editions bought for you previously so I asked him to take them with him to get them signed." She explained.

Ajax grinned and hugged him back, rubbing his back slowly. "I'm so glad you like it." She said, and she meant it. He already had his own copies so she wanted to make sure that these were different and worth keeping. "I think so." And laughed, referring to comment about her other presents to him being able to top it. She pulled back when he did and kissed him back, holding his cheeks in her hands.

Ajax kissed him back all the while, blushing lightly after it ended. She always felt winded after they kissed. He just had that effect on her. "You're very welcome." She smiled, pecking him back. She stood up after that, picking up his present back. "I'll keep this on me, thank you." She teased. "And no we can't skip. Id like to graduate." She laughed.

((So I took my co-workers shift cause I'm a nice person and want more money so I gotta work in an hour lol))

"Ask your mom when you were conceived." She said with a wide grin as she stepped out of his truck, grabbing her backpack and his birthday bag. She walked around the front of his truck and met up with him. "I gotta put this is my locker." She held up his bag.

"Ha," Ajax snorted, leaning in close to him. "You're hilarious. The bag will be staying in my locker, thank you." She playful to huffed and walked up to her locker once they entered the busy main hallway.

Ajax rolled her eyes again as she unlocked her locker, opening the squeaky door. She placed his present bag at the bottom of her locker and hung her bag on the hook. She then unzipped it and took a few things out. "Oh just shut up you goof." She giggled, grabbing her english notebook and text.

Ajax nodded and finished gathering her things while he was gone. Just as he came back, she closed her locker and hugged her books to her chest. "A lot happened actually." She said. "I got betrothed to another man." She said teasingly.

Ajax smirked at his response, obviously knowing he was only joking. "Daniel Radcliffe obviously." He replied with a wide smile. "And if I have to read again then I don't think I can text much. I actually like English," she teased.

"I'll do what I can but no promises." He teased, then looked over at him when he mentioned his test. "Did you study for it? Please tell me you did." She pouted cutely.
((Work time :( I'll be back in like 4 hours lol))

Ajax smirked and nodded in agreement. It was hard to study for math. "I know whatcha mean." She said as they walked down the hallway. The bell then rang. "I'll see you for spare okay?" She stopped to face him and puckered her lips for s kiss.

The teacher gave her what she missed and Ajax frowned slightly after noticing how much she actually missed. She sighed and went to her desk, putting her missed work away in her binder to do god homework. She opened her notebook and began to copy down the definitions on the board.

Ajax copied the definitions down and highlighted the titles. She liked to be organized. Next she had to fill out a fill-in-the-blank sheet on Act 2 of Macbeth. She was halfway through it when her phone buzzed. She took her phone out and smiled. *i know you could do it* she texted back with a kissy face emoji.

Ajax glanced at her phone again. *hey if you weren't waiting I totally would* she replied with a winky face. She giggled at herself and went back to her work, finishing off the front of the page.

"Well if I get my work done on time we can go to the cafeteria but we might as well just stay in the library. Less people." She said, then added s shrug. The library was also much more private.
