Dave Pelzer wrote this biography about his miserable hard childhood. While growing up with five brothers and a single mother who was abusive, it made life very hard. And being the least favorite child was something he had to get used to. Getting beaten till near death, or getting starved was what he lived with. This book is very depressing, yet worth the read.
