I know external links are not allowed in book descriptions but what about in reviews?

For example, in this review I added a link to Wikipedia to explain a phrase I'd used in the review. Assuming external links are allowed I was surprised though that GR stripped the target="_blank" I had included in the link when displaying the review. I then tried to do it with rel="external" but GR replaced that with rel="nofollow".

Librarians have nothing to do with user reviews, or with policies related to their content.
