Ari Vanari | 3 comments It's a book about this girl whom I don't remember the name of because I'm going insane. And so she usually lives with her dad but then moves in with her mom right? And somewhere in the middle I think she dies, so then she ends up seeing a guy that regulates the entries to hell and to heaven and when he invites her to stay with him forever she jumps out and lands back on earth. He gives her a special necklace that is supposedly supposed to keep her safe from all the demons trying to kill her, and one of the demons sunk into her grandmother and her grandmother tried to kill her once as well. Umm I really don't remember if anyone needs anymore information I'll try to remember as much as I can but I really don't remember much. Ummm. help.

Ari Vanari | 3 comments It's kinda along the lines of what happens with Persephone and hades but not exactly and there's a part of it where she flashbacks to her past when she was at a funeral and there's this bird that's dying, and then comes a guy who happens to be the same guy she falls for aka the guy that gives her the necklace and guards the entries to hell and to heaven and he brings the bird back to life. Ummm HELP

HeavyReader | 450 comments If Sarah's suggestion of Abondoned by Meg Cabot is not the book you are looking for, Ari, you might want to put some details about the book in the subject line of your thread. If your subject is just "can't remember," you have no hope of triggering the memory of someone who may have your answer but doesn't open and read every post that comes across.

Good luck!

HeavyReader | 450 comments I added link to this thread to the found book on the group's bookshelf. But I don't think I can move this thread to the solved folder or add the little [s] to the end of the subject line.

Just trying to help.
