Author pic vs profile pic

I had a separate picture for my profile (comments and such) than I did for my author page, and I liked this very much. Now every time I try to change my author picture it changes my profile picture to match, and vice versa. I am unable to have two pictures. I've also noticed that every time I edit my author page my profile name defaults to Jyanx Jyanx and I have to change it.

Regarding your author name, what kind of profile edits have you been making when your name was changed? The next time this happens, please can you send some screenshots to support (at) goodreads (dot) com so we can ask one of out developers to look into this.
