Since you said Blade Runner, yes, Deckard is a replicant.
Since you said Blade Runner, yes, Deckard is a replicant. In Androids Dream, he is not.
I prefer the ambiguity though.
 OMG don't spoil it...
OMG don't spoil it...I've been a fan of the film for years; have read the Philip K Dick book :) and much prefer that you/they leave Deckard alone.
I hate it when Hollywood dictates what we should/should not understand/believe/whatever.
For some reason, this kind of reminds me of the JK Rowling statement the other day that we've all been pronouncing Voldermort wrong. She says the T should be silent. REALLY? Can't she just leave it alone?

 Yes. No. Yes. Maybe.
Yes. No. Yes. Maybe. That's the definitive answer.
Actually, in the movie it entirely depends on which version of the film you watch. And even then there is no definitive. The unicorn stuff, IMHO, doesn't prove it...it simply indicates that the ambiguity had put on weight.
In the book, I liked how PKD totally f's with your mind (and Deckard's) when he has Deckard arrested by the "other" police office. Classic PKD. [However, the outcome of that scene, IIRC, left no ambiguity.]

Unfortunately, Hollywood prefers certainty and simplicity over ambiguity. So rather than leave it to our imaginations, Ridley Scott has said that, yes, Will Smith has a robotic arm ... sorry I meant that Deckard is a replicant.
