Need: An automated way to import a list of 13,000 titles without ISBN.

I have a bible software program with right around 13000 titles in it.

I can export the list in a bunch of formats, and can access the sql database where the titles are stored in the software - but they don't expose the ISBN numbers (nor ASIN where applicable).

I really really really don't want to import them one at a time. Is there any automated way to aquire the missing details, and then import the titles I own into Goodreads?
