Chapter 5: I really like the style of writing in this book!

Who is this boy? Is he crazy? She most definitely is...
I will say that the descriptions in this book is delightfully new and unique. Making me think of old things in a new way.

Chapter 11

The book is slower than I would like. Those descriptions that I liked a few chapters in are starting to get on my nerves... what is the point and can you get to it?
Also Adam.... really bro? Really?

Yeah I know what you mean about the descriptions, but I'm okay with it just because we're inside Juliette's mind, so it makes sense for her thoughts to be really jumbled together and all over the place! I'm on chapter 27: (view spoiler)[I like Adam and Juliette's passion, idk how to feel about Warren yet...he's a bit of a creep, I can't believe he's only 19. Hopefully he won't be as terrible as he's appearing (hide spoiler)]

Chapter 5 (view spoiler)[ yes finally her name! I wonder what is up with him. I feel like she doesn't want to be touched and something must happen, as she said how she hasn't been touched in so long not even by her mum or dad. They seem so cruel to have gotten rid of her and they seem like the don't care too much (hide spoiler)]

Chapter 17...

So you mean to tell me this chick is basically (view spoiler)[ Rouge from X-men and she refuses to use her power to gain her freedom? And she knows that if she only touches them a little they will not die.. I'd be touching EVERYONE!!!

So Adam... I am starting to think he is actually a good guy. I am worried about him. I don't think he is going to make it.

Warner can kick all types of rocks, he is utterly annoying and a brat. Who cares how good of a killer you are?

Haha yeah I'm not usually a fan of weak female leads, but hopefully she'll learn and grow into this power. I'm also curious to see if the style of writing will change - the frantic, panicked thoughts make sense now, but as she grows I wonder if they'll take on a more mature and experienced tone.

Yea, I am so with you on the weak females, like please, get a back bone. I'm about halfway through the book and it seems to be getting better. Not so frantic now. Are you starting to love Adam as much as I do? Because...*SWOON*..lol

Ok I am finish the book. How are you liking it so far?
I am thoroughly disappointed... :-(
I kind of feel like I wasted a lot of time and effort reading something I already watched. Well maybe the next books will be better.

Unfortunately I'm at work so I'm not able to read a lot, but will finish when I get home! The uniqueness of the writing is wearing thin now, it's getting a little annoying. I like the idea of the story but I can't see myself finishing this series!

I felt the exact same way! I like them but their love was so instant and in your face. I wish the author went slower with them and had them build a bit more of a bond

I'm honestly not sure! I read Destroy Me which is like the prequel to the second book, and since it was in Warner's POV the writing was a lot less annoying. But I've heard that Unravel Me is uneventful and is just Juliette's love triangle :/ I'll probably get around to reading it but I'm not in any rush
